Scope of Work
The scope of work included:
Collecting the specifications for the new company code and controlling area,
Configuring the new comers during the testing phase,
Implementation support of all code and controlling areas in the development system,
User support and problem solving during implementation,
Post-implementation support (solving issues related to the work done by CIC under the specified scope),
Configuration documentation,
Data upload.
The data upload included the following tasks for Assets, Vendors, Customers and Open Items for AR/AP
Data mapping,
Building conversion rules,
Data cleaning,
Posting the data to SAP,
Data integrity check,
All other tasks related to the data upload using LSMW tool (building Partner Profile, Ports and Messages).

Scope of Work
CIC provided both the Functional and Basis consultants for this project. Spinneys' data growth had reached about 25 gigabytes per month, and the total database size was close to 450 gigabytes. The project scope focused on archiving the following tables: GLPCA, ACCTHD, ACCTIT, ACCTCR, CKMI1, MSEG, MKPF, MBEW
An additional survey was done on the whole system and recommendations for other tables needing archiving was given to Spinneys for approval. All approved tables were archived.
A full documentation set for archiving all objects was submitted in addition to a procedure to be followed by the Spinneys team while doing archiving Spinneys team later.

Scope of work
This was Spinneys' first year-end closing with SAP. CIC's scope was to perform year-end closing steps for the following modules:
FI/CO,
Profit Center Accounting,
Material Management,
Human Resources and Payroll.
The main tasks included:
Generating automatic absence quotas in HR,
FI and Asset accounting reconciliation,
Reconciling FI against PCA,
MM closing.
